Up the staircase, the second floor opens into our yoga sanctuary — a warm, wood-floored room overlooking treetops, scented faintly with palo santo. From sunrise Vinyasa to candlelit Yin, every class invites you to soften, lengthen, and breathe.

Our weekly schedule moves through Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Aerial — taught bilingually in English and Bahasa Indonesia by instructors trained at internationally recognised schools.

Absolutely. Most of our members began here as complete beginners. Reformer classes on the ground floor cap at eight people so coaches can guide you through every movement, and the yoga floor upstairs always has Hatha and gentle Vinyasa options for newcomers. We recommend starting with our 2-week intro offer.
The ground floor houses our Reformer Pilates studio — eight Balanced Body reformers, capped sessions, and a strength-focused environment. The second floor is our yoga sanctuary — wood floors, treetop views, and a full schedule of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Aerial classes. Members are welcome on both floors.
Reformer Pilates uses a sliding carriage with adjustable spring resistance to load every movement with precision. It builds long, lean strength while protecting the joints. Expect to feel sore in places you didn't know you had — and to stand a little taller within a few weeks.
No prior experience required. Our 2nd-floor schedule is intentionally varied — slow Hatha, accessible Vinyasa, restorative Yin and Prenatal classes. Beginners often start with Hatha on Monday or Wednesday morning. Aerial classes have a separate "Intro to Aerial" entry point.
Most members notice improved posture and ease within 2–3 weeks of consistent practice. We recommend 2–3 classes per week — a typical SomaRaga week pairs reformer downstairs for strength with yoga upstairs for mobility and breath. Visible results in tone and flexibility usually arrive around the 6-week mark.
For reformer: fitted activewear and grip socks (available at reception, IDR 90K). For yoga: comfortable layers — the 2nd floor is air-conditioned but not cold. Mats, blocks, bolsters and props are provided on both floors. Just bring a water bottle and yourself.
Book directly through this site, the SomaRaga app, or via WhatsApp. Classes can be reserved up to 14 days in advance. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class are free; later cancellations incur a small no-show fee to keep waitlists fair.
Yes — our most popular offer is 2 Weeks Unlimited at IDR 299K, valid across both floors and all class types. We also offer a single try-a-class at IDR 99K for first-time visitors. Both are once per person.
